Synofi does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.
Synofi connects directly to your Synology NAS using your QuickConnect ID and credentials. Your login credentials are stored securely on your device using the iOS Keychain. Audio files are cached locally on your device for playback. All communication happens directly between your device and your NAS.
Synofi uses Synology QuickConnect relay services operated by Synology Inc. to establish a connection to your NAS. This is the same connection method used by Synology's own apps. Synofi does not control or monitor this relay traffic.
We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or any other information from your device.
